Drop Offs
We ask that during business hours you bring items that will fit in your car to our side door on 14th Avenue. Larger items can be considered for our free pick-up service (see below).
We accept donations of most household items if they are gently used and/or in good working condition. Typically, we accept personal items like clothing, shoes, purses, jewelry, kitchen ware, electronics, books, crafts, health care items, sporting goods, rugs, linens, lamps, framed art, holiday decorations, and certain types of furniture.

Pick Ups
Local pickups are free, but we do have some restrictions. Our pickup staff are all volunteers and many have lifting limitations. When you schedule a pickup, let us know about challenges like stairs or significant weight or size, so we can assemble the right crew. In addition, due to limited space in our store, we currently cannot accept the following:
Mattresses/Box Springs
Sectional sofas or Full size sofa beds
Large China cabinets, entertainment centers and armoires
Stoves, refrigerators, dishwashers, washers and dryers
Any other item deemed too heavy, too big, or unsellable
All pickup items should be photographed (send by email or text at our request). The store manager will review the items before scheduling. Items must be clean with little or no wear and tear.
